Add a print option to the drawings tab

Please add an option to the drawings tab to print multiple documents in one go.

The 'instant message' feature would work better if it auto-refreshed and had a reply feature. Perhaps something along the lines of the facebook implementation of its chat feature.

These features rely on a very big change to the system but will open the doors for several options, its nice to know people are intersted, there will be a simple chat feature as well as several smart features too.

Keep voting for this if you want it.

As Barnwood Consruction have.... a screen where you can see who is on the phone, and maybe a pop up when a person you want comes off the phone.

Watch this space, for customers with asterisk telephone server we are looking at improving the call status features to allow you to your favorite people to the front screen so that you can see their current status. eg on phone, DND, out etc. in some cases this will even show the people that are currently talking on their mobile.

Should be fun, will be combined with work on the new XMPP based messinging stuff (chat) also new email alerts and appointment reminders will be changed to included in this. ( late summer (very)) Vote will help..

Show Bank Holidays in the book-holiday/leave calendar, show them as a colour as they are on the main calender. Would give the user a better understanding of how many days they have off.

Can we have the ability to ask for read receipts when sending emails. I spend a great deal of time ringing people up who fail to respond just to ask if they have received the email.

You know that the people you really want to know got it can simply click no when asked about read receipts?

Also, we do not even ask you about a read receipt on officenet so all emails sent to officenet users look like they have not been read.

Its a little pointless but not difficult to add, already is a system wide setting but not individual at present.

Without trying to sound trendy: Is there an officebook app for android phones? I enter meetings on my diary, my phone and eventually in the office on officenet. The problem with using my browser on my phone is that I can't scroll through forms...

It would be usefull that file size was shown somewhere when you are sending files by e-mail. I have no idea whether the files i am sending are going to be too big for the recipiant's in-box.

PDFs onto officenet

When we upload our PDFs onto officenet prior to attaching them to an Email would it be possible to display the size of each PDF so we know how many PDFs can be attached to an email relative to some companies inbox size restrictions.

I would like to be able to download more than one file at once from Documents page.

Maybe we can use the checkboxes at the end of each line to select the ones we want to download and then receive all the files in one ZIP file. Thanks.

How do I empty my trash folder for old trash emails. I have clicked on empty trash folder in settings and it delets a few more recent ones but leaves quite alot.

When filing an email of a company unknown to officenet it would be good to be able to input new comapny information at the point of filing

Filing of Emails

It would greatly speed up filing if there was some way of ticking all the emails that you wanted to be filed in the same place, then hit the file button. Is this possible ?

when replying to emails with attachments can a option be added so that the reply includes the attached files? In Outlook you can drag and drop files/attachments between windows, something which officenet is unable to do.

Custom Fields for Documents

It might be nice to have custom fields for documents, these could be standard for every documents or specified by project type or even document type as a template of questions to be asked.

Sending contact details to people via email is not good. The simple copy and paste could work if the formatting was not completely bonkers when you try it. Failing that a template that allowed you to insert contact details for individuals similar...

We have an out of office feature, there are a LOT of reasons why some companies choose not to implement this feature.
What is preferred is that you use the grant access to other user feature in the settings from email to give access to your inbox to a co-worker, they can respond to your email more personally than the computer and may even deal with it so you don't have to on your return.

Also, lots of people have blueberries and so even when out of the office can still reply to email.

Is there a way you can avoid inserting your name an company every time you upload a document or make a note. Surely the system knows who you are and what company you work for when you login with user ID and password?
