Can't we have a consistent way of inserting, pasting etc without changes to fonts text size and tabs.

Sending contact details to people via email is not good. The simple copy and paste could work if the formatting was not completely bonkers when you try it.
Failing that a template that allowed you to insert contact details for individuals similar to the labels template could work.
