Ability to send email to someone without having to set up a company

The number of spam emails that I (and others) get is fairly considerable, owing to having to sign up to various websites to view products, etc.

A good deal of these websites then send emails every week, and the only way to unsubscribe is to email them with the subject line "unsubscribe" which in any other email client wouldn't be an issue - however it does mean for us that we have to set up a company just for the sole purpose of being able to unsubscribe thus creating a company on the system that will almost certainly never be used again, and it's only contact detail being an opt out address that doesn't get read by staff anyway.
