Please sort emails to work on SINGLE line spacing.

Blank pe-set emails are set at a huge spacing? What should the reason be?

It would be great if you could drag and drop to download and upload files. Opening each PDF attachment in an email just to download it is rather time consuming. Additionally, continually getting a notice that the attachment might be problematic and

When raising a PO to the factory for suppliers it is not visable within the job e.g, J7554. Can we link this to the job for reference otherwise it is hard to track orders as you have to search through Factory orders or note the PO no. and search that

Not sure I quite understand this one?
its the 'for suppliers' bit that gets me.
All Purchase orders with a job specified should be listed within the job regardless of who its too, can you provide a document number and Job?

They go into your draft folder.

It would be possible, but not as a general thing, each list / part of the system would need to be 'programmed'.

However, usually if people are repatadly changing the order of something the change would benifit all uses on that system, changing the sort order could be done globally for all if its 'wrong'.

Could you give more detailed example of where you would like to store your preference? The calendar would be an example that we would have to add a feature for its not a list like the others.

There is alrady code to sort the projects by job number I believe too.

The privacy setting on callendar entries still allows colleagues to see the entries. Please make them private.

Tabs are sorted first by index and then alphabetiaclly by text.

This means that when the tags are created on you system you can give them all the same index 1 then they will be listed alpahbetically, if you, as in you case give them each a different index 1-20 then they will list in that order.

I suggest you ask whoever setup the tags to remove the index number if you would rather they we alphabetical.

I am inclined to agree with you but Im sure there is a reason they are in the order they are in.

Add in a photo re-sizer so that when uploading photos they can be reduced from typical 10mb file sizes down.

We will upload lots of photos to the system from site or within the office. We then put them into reports or upload to other cloud servers. All of this would benefit from a means to reduce photo file sizes automatically before it gets saved into...

Why dont you leave the logging format as before, enter password to access, rather than relying on operator to remember to use drop down[Misc tab] and log off.

Also, when you make these changes, who do you notify. Or do you just leave it for operators to find out themselves.

Emails that are filed should have a reminder option

As per outlook; when you file an email in a job folder but still have an action pending you should be able to set yourself a reminder. This is not the same as checking the 'pending' box. If you are like me then you get quite a few emails each...

There is already a tick box labeled 'pending' this leaves the email in your inbox highlighted in a different colour.

Your description seems a little weird why not just goto the company, click documents then search for the order number?
No need to hack url's etc.

Are you saying on outgoing emails?
If so, they are stored in Officenet against the projects and not in your sent items so there is nowhere to put the flag against.

We could create a todo automatically, how far in advance should this be?
